Marco is a high-performance coach, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur focused on helping executives and teams operate with clarity, resilience, and sustained peak performance.

He is CEO & Co-founder of Incremental Company, where he designs programs that reduce burnout and activate “flow on demand.”

Previously, he served as Deputy Director General at Mexico’s Secretaría de Economía, worked as an IT sector expert with the World Bank, and was National Director of Operations at CANIETI—experience that grounds his coaching in real-world execution and institutional rigor.

He is a Certified High Performance Coach and Speaker (Brendon Burchard, John Maxwell), and has advanced studies and practice with Flow Research Collective (Steven Kotler), Impact Theory University (Tom Bilyeu), and Tony Robbins methodologies.

His work spans leadership, habits, biohacking tools, and antifragility—relevant for senior executives and leaders in all industries.
